[Coco] Thermal Roll Paper for TP-10

I'm not so cynical. Thermal simply requires no ink and so its cleaner,  
easier mechanisms and it's much more quiet. Most receipts probably  
needn't be kept for more than 30 days. Being thermal paper, it's  
certainly meant for short term use. :)
