[Coco] makeshift converter

Not sure what the DB23 female end of the setup looks like, but I
created a mac to VGA patch cord by taking a DB25 male off an old PC
card, yanking the pins I didn't need and using it as a DB15 male. If
there is room on the machine for a little bit of overlap at the plug
area, you could pull 2 pins out of a DB25 male and have a DB23 male
with a slightly oversized jacket.
