I happen to be using this type of machine as one of my file servers.  
Appearance is subjective, they are definitely not any near as 
minimalist in appearance as the Mini, especially after you open the 
sliding panel on the front of the that covers the drives. and while 
they are small they are over 8x as large as the Mini (704.48 cu in vs. 
84.5 cu in).  Of course how small do you get before you reach the point 
of diminishing returns.  You can stick either of them pretty much 
anywhere.

What is the true nature of the CoCo?
