[Coco] MESS and Nitros9 with a VHD ?

The hardware for the emulators vs Cloud-9, B&B, or other products differ 
so it is necessary to include in os9boot the appropriate 
driver/descriptors for the hard drive in use. In the case of MESS, the 
correct driver/descriptors are included in the NitrOS-9 project but not 
in the distribution disks.

If you can assemble source files from the project, look under 
3rdparty/drivers/emudsk. If you can't do the assembly, let us know.
