[Coco] MESS and Nitros9 with a VHD ?

Can someone explain how to set up Nitros9 in MESS to use the 40meg.vhd
downloaded from coco3.com ??

On my real CoCo with the burke & burke I add lines for bbfhdisk.dr, h0.dd,
and ddh0.dd to the standard.bl file and create a new bootdisk.
Are there drivers and descriptors for Nitros9 and the virtual hardisks under
MESS ?

 I know there was a post a while ago on this, but I can't seem to find it.
