Greeting Cousins;

 

A goal for RFA has been to hold its elections of officers during their
Annual Reunion each year.  Members may nominate themselves or others over
the age of 18 for any of the following positions:

.         President

.         Vice President / Registrar

.         Vice President for Public Relations

.         Vice President for Publications

.         Vice President for Line Coordination

.         Secretary / Treasurer

 

Nominations must be received by 31 August 2013 and should be mailed or
e-mailed to Joyce Reynolds Thompson, 3208 Coachman Road, Wilmington DE
19803-1903, Ode2Joy9 at verizon.net. All nominations must include a short
biography of the nominee and an indication that the nominee has agreed to
serve if elected.

 

All officers will begin their terms on January 1 to serve for the calendar
year. During the transition period of Oct through Dec, departing officers
will serve in ex-officio capacity.  If no position receives any nomination
the current officer will continue in office.

 

We are also still seeking volunteers for the positions of Newsletter Editor
and Correspondence Secretary.
