[Papyrus-L] Papyrus 7.0.17 - problem inputting new references

Could this be related to the a 32 bit machine integer limit? Would
depend on the structure of the Papyrus addressing scheme. I note that
96693 is 2^16.56. The power is suspiciously close to 1/2 of 32.
If so, it may be necessary to go to Win 7, 64 bit. The Win XP 64 bit
is not desirable.
