[Papyrus-L] Problems with Input

I am unfamiliar with W2KS.

I experienced an incompatibility problem when I loaded XP O/S + XP Office. I resolved the problem by splitting the HDD, and loading Office 2000. I find the clipboard function remains inoperative, and consequently transfer reference entries manually.

  I have Papyrus 7.0.16c running on two PCs, both using W2KS.

  On one I can input new references without problems.

  On the other I can no longer do so because the system bleeps at me whenever 
  I try to chose an input type.

  Any offers ?
