[Papyrus-L] Switching from Papyrus shared databases

Hi John

You have a lot of control over the level of rights of different users, from
read-only to full write. All is under password control, but for the Web
version you can also allow users to sign on themselves under either
read-only or write levels. Mind you, it would take a brave person to allow
users to create their IDs with write access!
