Dear Aasheesh ,
   If I understand your request correctly:
     do a search
      journal = "South East Indian Journal of Ornithology"
     and rename it as ,say, SEIJO  Then List it using the PAPX format as 
       SIEJO.LST
   Then go to your new directory and Import that file INCLUDING the
keywords. Then you can make your list of keywords.
