[Papyrus-L] Windows NT

I have become a new NT user and after successfully installing Papyrus 7.0.16c on this operating system, I discovered that the cite function does not appear to work, i.e. Papyrus says "Cited", but there is nothing to paste in my Word document.

I double checked all the settings provided on the Papyrus web site, but to no avail.

Can someone please offer me some advice?
