Dear Pramila

You need to use the command List from the Group menu. You may then need to
decide on an output format depending on what sort of group you're working
with. Then select where you want to send the report/listing - you should
select screen to preview it on screen first and if it's ok, repeat the
process but select File. The format to choose is probably "Word for
Windows, or Wordperfect".

This will create a file - it might be easiest to give it an eight character
name with the extension ".doc". Then open the file up in Word - you may
have to tell WOrd to convert it from WordPerfect 5.x - do so if it asks you
too.

You can't literally link though - you're in effect exporting a copy of the
references in your group to a file and opening it in Word.

Further details is in the manuals.

Good luck.

Duncan
