thanks for the kind response. i understand your list problem and am just happy to be able to "target" model railroaders that understand just how special the last of these models are.  i know i said i was going to have them painted, but now when i look at them maybe i won't, as i do run ns on my layout and could use them as what modelers call "heritage units". please find below the information that hopefully will help someone in your historical society acquire these engines as i have to think n&w/ns/southern railfans are  about the only folks who know they exist !!

ho scale atlas gp 38 c #'s 4104 and 4107
black and white "skunk" paint scheme ( factory painted by atlas) 
each engine has roughly 1 hour of total run time. i am the sole owner of both units
both engines are dcc no sound with lighting
bodies are in impeccable condition... no scratches/marks anywhere !!
