 Hello Mike,
                   I also am a retired Broadcast Engineer. (2 years now)
I have 3 440Mhz repeaters in the Cleveland, Ohio area and
use a NHRC-10.  Great controller, love it.  Have not seen anyone 
on the list in a long time.
