[NHRC-user] ss64 decoder

Hi,

If it is a TS-64, you need to use the white wire (RX Audio Mute), and
install a 1 K ohm resistor to pull this lead up to +12. You may or may not
have to install the JP7 jumper if the output is upside-down from what you
expect.
