[NHRC-user] FW: update on tone encode problem

Magically, the tone encoder on the new board started working flawlessly.
Will monitor and see what happens next. I'll have to test it again on a hot
day.

Uhhh, could it be a problem with your transmitter exciter?

Typically the encoder tone does not run through the repeater controller.
