[NHRC-user] third party voice IDs into NV RAM

I want to have a third party record voice ID's into an NHRC-5.  These will 
be WAV or MP3 files that were EQ'd on a professional audio console to sound 
best at a 300-3K limited audio bandwidth.

How can this be done without using a radio on the input.  I want to use a 
wired input to minimize any TX radio processing before it gets recorded.
