Arnold--

The only dumb question is the one left unasked.  After initialization (I
think that may be page 22 of the manual or thereabouts), PULL the
initialization jumper and proceed per instructions.  While I'm not familiar
with the NHRC-7, I'll be it's like the other NHRC controllers and needs that
jumper out to continue with programming.
