[NHRC-user] Need some help

Dear sir:
Our club has just installed one of your NHRC-4 controllers into our 2 meter 
repeaters. Our old home made controller has died and seemed non repairable. 
Your controller has brought our repeater back to life and we are grateful for 
that.
Our old controller however had one item built into it that proved time and 
time again to be very handy. On our remote site we have battery backup and 
whenever we were on battery our curtesy tone would change. Is there any way that 
the NHRC-4 could be programed to do something like that? We only have the 
primary radio, no secondary. We aren't even PL control yet. Is it possible to use an 
unused input to give us some kind of an audio signal when we are on battery? 
The input could be either a high or a low.
