Bonjour à toutes et à tous:
A NHRC controller(s) will soon be included in the management of the
principal VHF Paris repeater at Clamart (south outkirst) which is at 240
meters height (O.Sea Level) just 40 meters less than the Eiffel Tower.
This repeater suffered from much interference (68K microprocessor, lines,
IEM and indelicate users) It will include an interferometer for control and
at a later time to inform the user of position and signal strenght.
VHF Repeater is heard 145.600 w/ -600 KHz and 1750 Hz tone.
UHF is heard on 431.725 w/ - 1600 KHz shift and 1750 tone. This one is
working with excellent coverage around Paris. A DENSITY COVERAGE MAP (in
gradual colours) has been made by the official french Authorities and I
would be glad to send it as attached mail (Zip is about 3 Mo).
Moreover, we want modify the VHF repeater as follows:
One UHF port with CAS and/or CTCSS will overcome the VHF input in case of
malicious interference.
As I am living in the country 20 miles SW from Paris, at
the Chevreuse Valley but in the plane at 180 meters OSL
near the famous Castle of "la Madeleine" (Chevreuse) there will be also a
dedicated Relay to cover the south skirts of Paris (Yvelines and Essone
depts.).
We are working for a future Digital Transponder for WIFI and/or dedicated
Spread Spectrum at SHF.
I am a beginner in Repeater control and I will appreciate any information
and advice (or a GRID comparison of features of the NHRC products)
In spring I work some repeaters between Chicago and Dayton as KC9CNJ.
Hope to hear from you, in USA or here. You can call me anytime as usually I
am MONITORING the Paris-Clamart Relays
