Jeff,

I was also wrong about the led that I thought was the RB is actually the
main receiver green LED. A couple of other pieces of information. I am
applying a continuous signal on the receiver with a 1khz tone. I am using PL
decode only to access the repeater. I have checked the 10 regulator in it
appears clean. What has me perplexed is the every 4 minute hit on the main
COS and PTT line. Without any corresponding change in the receiver. After
the second hit in a couple of minutes the unit ID's and the cycle starts
over.
