Starfish Aquatics Institute Launches Important Online Water Safety Course
for Parents and Caregivers

SAVANNAH, GA – November 1, 2024 - The Starfish Aquatics Institute (SAI)
today announced the launch of its new online course, Safety Training and
Aquatic Rescue (STAR), designed specifically for parents and caregivers.
This comprehensive program aims to equip families caregivers with essential
water safety skills, addressing the critical need for drowning prevention
education.

The STAR course offers a unique opportunity for aquatic facilities and
professionals to enhance their community outreach and safety initiatives.
By providing this valuable resource to parents and caregivers, aquatic

Course Highlights

STAR is an engaging, easy-to-follow online program that covers crucial

Plan, and the World Health Organization. Each of these recommends water

fatal and nonfatal drowning.
