Hi,

We scored an interview with Dayna Abraham, author of the forthcoming Calm
the Chaos book–which will be released in 2 weeks!

If you don’t already know Dayna, let me introduce you to her… She’s a
National Board Certified teacher with a background in Early Childhood and
the Founder of Lemonlime Adventures.

As a teacher, she always figured out ways to love the most intense and
challenging kids in her classroom. As a mom, she helped her own
out-of-the-box child to thrive after he was kicked out of school as a young
child.

Now she helps other parents, of challenging and intense kids, find their
own superpowers.

We are going to talk to Dayna on Aug 8, 2023 at 12 noon Pacific (that’s
California time).

We’re going to ask Dayna about how to:

   - Survive the storm of family life when you’re overwhelmed and your kids
   are acting out with intense feelings or challenging behaviors
   - Have the energy reserves so that you aren’t emotionally exhausted
   during or at the end of every single day
   - Defuse the chaos in the heat of the moment (without adding fuel to the
   fire)
   - Get ahead of the storm, and be proactive to prevent some of the
   behavior upsets and big feelings in the future
