[Coco] Retiring mailing list on January 1, 2026

Fred, that sounds like a great new stable home for this list! On another 
note, I wonder about Pairlist's statement that they can support DKIM and 
SPF. I think it's more like they are just giving an excuse. DKIM and SPF 
are not that hard to setup.
