[Coco] Help with MacMAME (Tony Schountz)

DOS is *Disk Extended Basic* 1.1 (which will show 2.1 on the Coco 3). 
That needs a functioning Disk Basic 1.1 ROM. If the startup message only 
says "Extended Color Basic", then the Disk ROM wasn't detected.
