[Coco] Help with MacMAME

Just getting to this after quite a long time (Mac mini M4, Apple Silicon).
I downloaded the coco3h.zip file from the CoCo archive and placed it
(coco3.rom and disk11.rom) into the "rom" folder in my (Mac) home folder
(~/roms). MAME sees the ROM file, "Color Computer 3 (NTSC)". However, when
I select it I get an error message:

"Required ROM/disk images for the selected system are missing or incorrect.
Please select the correct image or select a different system." I have also
tried all of the other coco3 roms on the archive with the same problem:

coco3.zip
coco3dw1.zip
coco3h.zipcoco3p.zip
coco3_hdb1.zip

Of course, they are all unzipped before putting them in the roms folder.
Any suggestions for how to get MAME running a CoCo3 emulator?

Thanks,

Tony
