[Coco] I DID IT! ONERR GOTO works on the CoCo 1 & 2!

1. Yes.
2. Nope, the CoCo3 takes its own direction, bot with usage of the E000-FEFF
address space and with the new BASIC keyword functionalities. Think of this
as a CoCo 2+i.
3. I just extended the Disk BASIC keyword list with all CoCo 3 keywords.
Some of them will just stay there unimplemented and resulting in an error,
some (ONERR, LOCATE, BUTTON) work exactly like they do on the CoCo 3, and
with some, which have no chance to work on a CoCo 1/2... I got creative.
HPOINT looked ideal for a "get system parameters" function. ("Hardware
point?")
4. That was a hardware project Boisy Pitre worked on, I believe it didn't
see much use other than his experiments. (Is he here on the list?)
Addendum: I took as a moral imperative that everything should work from the
Disk BASIC ROM, keeping CB and ECB in their stock versions. Turns out you
can change the behavior of almost anything just fudging with RVEC, COMVEC
and the like.
