[Coco] PSG test code was Re: Sound/Speech Cart

DEMO.BAS is for the sound/speech cartridge and waits for the onboard CPU to
indicate ready and will just wait on a machine that doesn't have a SSC.
SCALESSF.BAS is for the SuperSpriteFM+.
SCALES12.BAS is for a Symphony-12 or Philharmonic-12 (4x PSG chips, 12
voices).
I have the hardware for all of these and, for me at least, they work fine
on real hardware.
My test setup is a fixed 26-3024, SuperSpriteFM+ in slot 1, Sound/Speech
Cart om slot 2, Philharmonic-12 in slot 3, and a CoCoSDC in slot 4.
The programs I haven't tested on real hardware are: SCALECCP.BIN,
TESTCCP.BIN, SCALEGMC.BIN, and TESTGMC.BIN. The CCP stuff is for the
CoCoPSG and the GMC for the Game Master Cart neither of which I have and
have only tested in emulators.
I get the confusion. The programs started as a part of a sound demo for a
CoCo with 6 Yamaha YM-3-89XX or clone sound chips allowing for 18 voice
sound. They are PSG sound programs for the CoCo, not necessarily programs
for the CoCoPSG.
