[Coco] .CCT files

The CoCoPSG cartrige adds Yanaha sound to the coco and seems to use .CCT 
files on the FAT32 partition of a CoCoSDC Some sample files are 
available but where would I find a program to convert other formats like 
.wav and .mp3 to .cct so I camn play them on the coco.

P.S. Does anyone know if anything has ever been written to use the Atari 
Joystick ports on the PSG.
