[Coco] CoCo VT100 Terminal Emulator to Linux

If you are coming to the CoCoFEST! be thinking of what you like to try on my
CoCo-VT100-to-Linux system.  Warning Ncurses does not work. For example, top
will work but htop will not. Note screen and tmux will work.

If you are not coming to the CoCoFEST! then think of some ideas, I should
try.

I can run python3, bc, cowsay, and on like that.

Note the terminal is running at 2400 baud.
