[Coco] Deluxe CoCo keyboards sold at Radio Shack

The keyboard of the abandoned Deluxe CoCo was identical to the CoCo 3 keyboard.  They were sold separately by RS for $4.95, a price I remember because it was referred to as the "$4.95 keyboard" for a time, prior to the introduction of the CoCo 3.

Does anyone have a photo of them in their package? Catalog number?

I was playing with the Deluxe CoCo emulator online and only tried a few commands (MAPMODE, new full screen EDIT). I want to collect all the info in one place, and there are a number of Deluxe CoCo references in the manual. The keyboards were also apparently made. It would be nice to have more details.
