[Coco] CoCo 2 26-3127 vs 26-3127B

The 26-3127B is a "Tandy"-branded 64K CoCo 2 with Extended BASIC and a
6847T1 VDG chip, so it supports lowercase.

The 26-3127 is a "Radio Shack"-branded 64K CoCo 2 with Extended BASIC
and the original 6847. It differs from the 26-3027 by having the nicer
full-travel keyboard.
