[Coco] possible monitor

My filter won't got to webpage but if monitor has rgb inputs and if I
remember correctly  you can inject the sync into the green but you have to
invert it.  I once used a nand gate ic to do the invert and  5v I found in
an rgb monitor I had and it worked fine.  Unfortunately I tossed it all
away long ago to gain some shelf space.
