Sure, just do the poke to go to the ROM mode:  POKE &HFFDE,0.

This doesn't quite restore the ROMs to the CoCo 1/2  mode.  You still won't have a DLOAD command.  But close.

I recall there were a set of POKEs you could do that would put the CoCo 3 in a CoCo 1/2 mode. “Knowing what I now know,” I expect these were POKEs that turn off the all-RAM mode and ran the original ROMs instead of the patched CoCo 3 BASIC ROM.

Does that ring a bell to anyone? I just remember they’d revert it back to the old “EXTENDED COLOR BASIC 1.1” or whatever boot up.
