[Coco] DLOAD upload program for CoCo 1/2?

The author of the DLOAD protocal doc file, Mark L. Chamberlin, is also the author of Color Basic, Extended Basic, and Disk Basic (though not Super Extended Basic, which originated at Microware rather than Microsoft).  Maybe that's why the name sounded familiar.

1982, and the author name is very familiar but I don’t remember why.

There is a 1988 update saying it was removed in 1.2… was there an Extended Color BASIC 1.2???
