[Coco] CoCo 2

In my opinion, direct to VGA, and most variants, are too good. CoCo 
video expects to lose a lot out the door. After which the blocky font 
and, um, vibrant colors are toned down. Bet the comp input of that new 
display has some filtering to mimic the old analog mud, and thereby 
become viewable;-)
