[Coco] SDC copy

No, there's no single drive copying for this. Once you boot NitrOS9,
as long as you use the llcocosdc driver, the /D0-3 real-floppy devices
become separated from the /SD0-1 SDC devices. So you can copy from /D0
to /SD1.
