[Coco] CoCo 1/2 arrow keys versus CoCo 3 arrow keys

Now this is an interesting observation. I do not recall what VIC-20 games used (they had two cursor movement buttons instead of four), but WASD was something I became aware of much later. I expect we’d have to look at other systems that did not have arrow keys.

I know Jim Gerrie’s MC-10 things use WASD so now I wonder if any of the 80s programs he has ported used that layout.
