If you can get them, there’s an 8GB Pi out now. But, when the Pi 4 came out, a lot of stuff wasn’t ready for it yet, so any extra speed or memory didn’t matter.

There is a 64-bit Pi OS now…but if nothing is compiled for 64-bits, what does that matter?

More memory and faster is better in Pi-world like anywhere else, so unless there’s an incompatibility, upgrade ;-)
