[Coco] TC^3 SCSI Controller

I have mentioned this in the past but neve specifically asked,
so here goes....

Does anyone have a copy of the document "SCSI System User Manual"
mentioned in chapter 3 of the "TC^3 SCSI Interface User Manual"
It says it comes with the interface but mine came with nothing
and the only doc I have is the second one mentioned which I got
from the Cloud-9 web site.
