[Coco] Assembly source code compatibility - EDTASM, RMA, lwasm, etc.

I think the sources would need to be changed to work on the repo (I think Tormod or someone else has had to do some changes to ones we already submitted to the repo). The source files are included in EOU itself (see /dd/sourcecode/asm/* - although some of those are still works in progress). I have tried to label source code filenames with the version they were last updated (like GFX_BETA4.ASM or something like that) to help track bugs, when certain new features were enabled, etc. Full documentation is something I have to get back onto once the next release is done; while we have kept the Tech Ref and Windowing parts of the manual up to date as both errors were found by other people, or things changed in the latest beta’s, the OS-9 Commands and BASIC09 parts of the manual need updating (Commands in particular is *woefully* out of date, and some examples literally won’t work anymore).
