[Coco] Have you ever seen a 3029 FD controller like this?

I just cracked open a factory sealed 26-3029 FD controller and it looks completely different then the rest of the 3029s that i have.  Instead of being marked 1984 this one is stamped 1982 and the case has some markings on the inside saying
3 am
July 5 1984
