[Coco] CoCoMax interface hirez

I picked up a CoCoMax hirez interface cartridge and I'd like to test it
through BASIC. Actually, I'd like to use it in my BASIC programs. I was
directed to a PDF that had the addresses listed out over on the Facebook
group.

Can someone give me a simple BASIC program to read the X Y and button?
