If your mailer lets you have filters based on arbitrary headers,
filtering on the List-Id: header is very effective. e.g. if List-Id:
includes "coco.maltedmedia.com", then it's CoCo List traffic and you
can tell the filter to never mark those emails as spam, move them into
a folder, etc.
