Canada is opening our side of the boarder to allow fully vaccinated Americans to come up here beginning Aug 9,  The US  has decided not to open the boarder for us to go down there,

So strange since we have a higher per capita vaccination rate then the Americans

Its been my understanding it was the Canadian gvmnt that closed that
border, but ISTR reading someplace that they wrere reopening it
