[Coco] VCC 2.1.0d Release

Tim, I'm running Win10 64 bit and the keyboard works fine.
This is the first mention of keyboard recognition issues I've heard of since I've been working with VCC.
Is there anyone else with keyboard problems?
Wait... do you have DirectX 9 runtime installed? VCC uses it for keyboard input. Some Win10 installations only support later DirectInput and you may have to install the DirectX9 runtime, which is basically a few DLLs. It should be available at MS downloads.
