[Coco] Mame coco rom path.

I have the cocopi4 and I have a coco3.rom and disk11.rom file however 
when I run menu and select coco3  get an error indicate that the rom 
files cannot be found so I assume I am putting them the wrong path or 
using incorrect permissions where do  need to put the rom files and what 
should there owner  and permissions be ?
