[Coco] ToolShed Use.

Hi Tormod,

I primarily use Linux, but would like to know if there will be a new binary
build of Toolshed made available for Windows?

I'm specifically interested in getting a new 'cecb' binary with the new
MC-10 changes Tim Lindner added.

If there are instructions for compiling the Toolshed suite for Windows, I'm
happy to try.
