[Coco] Custom Keyboards for Vcc

Charlie, you have an old copy of the manual. Which brings to mind that I've never checked to see if the installer overwrites an old copy of the manual. Hmmm.
Download the zip version and get the manual from that. I may make the manual a separate download as well.

Found the manual in my Windows7 under C:\USERS\COCO\Documents\Coco 
Manuals\
directory all it says about custom keyboards is

"Custom key mapping coming soon !"

Not much help there also there is no blank custom keyboard.ini file
included with Vcc so it has nowhere to save.
