[Coco] Modded MPI update

Earlier in the week I posted pics of a MPI I bought that had a new PAL piggybacked onto the original old one. The whole mess of wires looked cool but did not work anymore.

I removed all of the jumper wires , pulled the doubled up chip, and replaced the PAL with a new CLOUD9 upgrade.

The MPI works perfectly now
